Introduction to the Team:
At Expedia Group, our Global Finance Technology team is reimagining the financial systems and data backbone that power corporate and business-critical accounting functions. We’re not just modernizing financial platforms—we’re embedding machine learning and LLM-powered solutions at the core to detect anomalies, uncover insights, and supercharge decision-making. What you'll do:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance users, and cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable and robust solutions using Oracle EPM Cloud suite and ensure architecture aligns with overarching business strategy and growth objectives.
Implement and support Oracle cloud EPM modules (FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, EPCM, and EDMCS) as per Expedia’s business needs
Address and resolve cross-functional and cross-module design challenges within the Oracle Cloud EPM suite.
Analyze and provide recommendations on the fitment of business requirements
Perform process validation, documentation, and functional testing.
Oversee data security, user roles, metadata management, and data governance across the EPM landscape.
Provide training, knowledge transfer, and functional support to end-users and internal teams.
Who you are:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent related professional experience.
8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud EPM, including multiple successful implementations of FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, EPCM, and EDMCS (or equivalent) solutions in a complex, multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of data governance principles and experience designing secure, scalable systems.
Strong understanding of Data Integration within EPM tool suite and other Oracle products
Strong functional experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPBCS, EDMCS, FCCS and ARCS modules
Strong understanding of forecasting and budgeting processes with working finance
knowledgeGood Experience in EPM – ERP integration
Strong understanding of Financial Consolidation, allocations and Close processes
FCCS experience (consolidations, close management, intercompany eliminations)
Good knowledge of SmartView and its usage for business purposes.
A background in financial projects or a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment.
Experience working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Outstanding communication skills, critical thinking, capable of communicating ideas and opportunities to other business systems analysts and finance personnel
