The HR Partner acts as a strategic consultant for the designated business areas, supporting managers and employees in all HR functions. This role is key to developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership: Serve as the point of contact for line managers, providing guidance and HR solutions on key topics such as talent management, organizational development, and change management.
Talent Management: Collaborate with leadership teams to identify talent needs and develop action plans. Implement talent development and training programs to improve employee skills and capabilities.
Employee Relations: Handle and resolve complex employee relations inquiries, investigating issues and developing effective solutions. Promote a positive work environment aligned with the company’s values and culture.
Compliance and Regulation: Ensure that all HR policies and procedures comply with current legislation. Stay up to date on regulatory changes that could affect the organization.
Data Analysis: Use HR metrics to inform planning and management decisions. Analyze trends to develop preferred solutions aimed at improving business efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR partner (ideally in manufacturing sites).
- English proficiency B2 (C1 preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent communication, influence, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
