What You’ll Do
- Lead the architecture, design, and technical direction of the ServiceNow platform.
- Translate customer needs into clear, scalable system designs and documentation.
- Guide developers, provide mentorship, and run design or architecture reviews.
- Demo platform capabilities and support pre-sales activities for ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
- Collaborate with product owners, project leaders, and architects across global teams.
- Oversee integrations, data models, platform governance, and promotion to production.
