At SoftwareOne, our ServiceNow Technical Consultants design, build, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that support real business outcomes. You’ll focus on hands-on implementation, custom development, and integrations, working closely with Architects, Business Consultants, and customers to deliver scalable, well-designed solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.

What you’ll do

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules using best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Build custom solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript, flows, UI components, and data model extensions.
• Create and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and Service Graph.
• Implement workflows and automations based on solution designs and user stories.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and custom developments clearly and consistently.
