Position Summary:
As the Sr. Manager of Ecommerce Strategy for Pure Play and Emerging Channels, you will develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability across Amazon, Instacart, TikTok Shop, and other digital channels. Collaborating with marketing, sales, IT, and customer strategy teams, you will ensure seamless integration of eCommerce initiatives. Your leadership and stakeholder management will be crucial in securing organizational buy-in, ultimately enhancing the company's digital presence and driving overall business success.
This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas.
Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder relationships to secure resources and buy-in while collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and execution of eCommerce initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to grow pure play channels, with a focus on expanding Instacart and Quick Commerce (e.g., DoorDash)
- Establish and manage emerging channels like social commerce, including TikTok Shop, to enhance the company's digital presence and reach new customer segments
- Identify and implement new opportunities backed by data analysis and company objectives to optimize brand performance and enhance the online customer experience
- Build and support eCommerce strategy frameworks to drive growth and profitability across all eCommerce channels
- Lead and mentor a team of eCommerce professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Develop data-centric tools and leverage insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in eCommerce performance
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain the company's competitive edge in the digital marketplace
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 years of experience in eCommerce, customer strategy, and sales , with a minimum of 3 years focused on digital marketing
- Preferred experience with Instacart or TikTok Shop
- Proven ability to collaborate with brands and agencies to understand their needs and develop effective eCommerce strategies that align with business objectives
- Demonstrated experience in influencing stakeholders to adopt the latest eCommerce practices
- Experience in project management, including pl eCommerce experience in Vitamins, Minerals, Herbals, and Supplements is a plus!
- Experience with Instacart and/or TikTok Shop
- Planning and managing projects in a complex, fast-paced environment

The approximate pay range for this position is $160,000- $175,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
