Your Role
Responsible for the successful execution of projects, initiatives, and system operations related to physical security. Provides oversight to facilities and contract security personnel to ensure Invesco standards are adhered to, and responsibilities are carried out as intended.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Responsible for the execution of physical security projects, initiatives and oversight of physical security system operations.
Manage the installation, operations, and maintenance of physical security systems including access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems, in partnership with Technology, Corporate Properties, and Facilities Management stakeholders.
Serve as lead for physical security planning of projects and new office buildouts, facilitating coordination meetings, managing 3rd party contractors and integrators, and ensuring priority alignment across cross-functional teams.
Work with Facilities Management teams to conduct site visits to assess and validate that business operations adhere to physical security standards.
Partner with Health and Safety coordinators to ensure physical security objectivites align with employee safety programs.
Develop physical security metrics to assess and drive continuous improvement of operations.
Coordinate physical security system operations with landlord and property management companies.
Manage quickly evolving production and business-related problems with various internal and external facing teams and business partners.
The role involves collaborating with internal functions and subject matter experts, to ensure projects and change is delivered in a timely, engaging, and effective manner.
Collaborative leader who can align build and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Dedication to continual improvement in execution, a collaborative approach to win internal support, and influencing skills to work with global partners.
The Experience You Bring:
Experience with managing building management systems, physical security systems in coordination with landlord/property management companies.
Experience working with security integrators, construction, and facility management teams.
Knowledge of codes and regulations governing building construction, electrical codes, and occupation safety.
Excellent, strong and precise communication skills and ability to create pitch for audience at all levels
Prefer: OSHO 10 Certification, Physical Security Professional (PSP) and ISO14001
