Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday or Infor CloudSuite modules
- Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Document technical specifications, configuration steps, SOPs and user guides
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues
- Stay updated on platform capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Exposure to programming languages such as SQL, Java, or Python
- Understanding of cloud architecture and SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration tools
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic ERP environment
- Willingness to work in US business hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Academic project or internship experience within Technology or ERP or Healthcare
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts and enterprise business processes
- Familiarity with Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, or Infor ION
