What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR and Senior HR Business Partners supporting manufacturing leaders
- Partner with managers and directors on employee relations, retention, performance management, and workforce planning
- Drive change management initiatives aligned with business and site strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions across talent, compensation, and organizational development
- Lead complex employee relations matters and escalated disputes
- Use data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions
- Champion an engaged, high-performing, and compliant work environment
What You Need
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership in a manufacturing environment
- Proven people leadership and direct supervisory experience
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Master’s degree
- Strong HR generalist background supporting complex, fast-changing organizations
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and Centers of Excellence
- Experience in change processes in complex systems
