What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR and Senior HR Business Partners to drive key business results; provide guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions
  • Partner with business unit managers and directors to proactively implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective; coach and support leadership on HR projects
  • Ensure team communicates effectively with managers in order to execute programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organizational culture
  • Implement and deliver solutions and interventions that address issues of retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriate
  • Drive change management initiatives aligned with business and site strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Use data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions
  • Champion an engaged, high-performing, and compliant work environment; lead complex employee relations matters and escalated disputes
  • Maintain broad-based knowledge of the organization and its operations; use knowledge of business and HR metrics to facilitate business decisions
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions across talent, compensation, and organizational development

What You Need

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership in a manufacturing environment (is a must)
  • Proven people leadership and direct supervisory experience
  • Strong HR background supporting complex, fast-changing organizations
  • Experience in change processes in complex systems, partnering with senior leaders and Centers of Excellence
  • Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated business and analytical ability with a proven ability to build relationships and influence different groups
  • Fluency in Polish and English
