What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR and Senior HR Business Partners supporting manufacturing leaders
  • Partner with managers and directors on employee relations, retention, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Drive change management initiatives aligned with business and site strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions across talent, compensation, and organizational development
  • Lead complex employee relations matters and escalated disputes
  • Use data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions
  • Champion an engaged, high-performing, and compliant work environment

What You Need

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven people leadership and direct supervisory experience
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Master’s degree
  • Strong HR generalist background supporting complex, fast-changing organizations
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and Centers of Excellence
  • Experience in change processes in complex systems
