    Company Overview:
     

    Autodesk is seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader to build and scale the Partner Solutions team within our emerging product lines. This role is pivotal in expanding new and acquired solutions through our partner ecosystem, driving net-new business, sales growth, and market development for Autodesk’s latest product offerings.

    Role Overview:
     

    As the Manager of the Emerging Solutions Partnerships team, you will lead a team of Partner Solutions Specialists responsible for enabling partners to sell emerging products, applications, and services. You will define the partner enablement framework and execution plan to drive business growth through the partner network.

    Collaborating with senior leaders across Sales, Partner Management, Technical Sales, and Partner Optimization teams, you will develop impactful programs that empower partners to accelerate sales and drive long-term customer success. This role requires a strong people leader, strategic thinker, and skilled collaborator who can deliver measurable business outcomes through scalable partner engagement initiatives.

    This hybrid role reports to the Senior Director of Emerging Partnerships and works closely with the Worldwide Sales team supporting construction business in APAC.

    Key Responsibilities:
     

    Leadership & Strategy

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Partner Solutions Specialists, ensuring alignment with Autodesk’s business objectives

    • Define and execute a scalable partner enablement strategy to accelerate construction sales growth

    • Execute on KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of partner engagement and sales impact

    • Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Technical Sales, and Partner Programs teams to support business objectives

    • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities, ensuring the right capacity and coverage to meet growth targets

    Sales Execution & Forecasting

    • Own pipeline and forecast management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of partner-driven sales activities

    • Collaborate with partners to identify and execute new business opportunities through creative and strategic initiatives

    • Provide strategic guidance in partner/ customer conversations to empower the team in building stronger, long-lasting relationships

    Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience with the Autodesk Water & Infrastructure product portfolio to serve as global lead supporting adjacent management preferred and/or experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud for pre-construction, field and project management

    • Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or partner management, preferably within the SaaS or Cloud industry

    • Experience managing and developing teams, with a track record of driving performance and business impact

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders

    • Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute partner programs that drive measurable results

    • Analytical skills, with experience leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and partner engagement

    • Familiarity with Autodesk products and services is a plus; deep knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud is highly desirable

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
       

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 2-5 years of team management experience in sales / Relationship management experience with the mindset of people development and coaching

    • Ability to lead change in a complex and ever-evolving business environment

    • Ability to prioritize, assign, and delegate tasks

    • Ability to be agile and nimble 

    • Ability to influence without direct authority

    • Collaboration and coordination across various internal and external stakeholders

    • Cross-cultural leadership and understanding

    • Proven track record for delivering growth across APAC region

    • Customer facing experience across APAC region

    • In-depth industry knowledge to an expert level 

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Benchmark stakeholder management in a matrix organization

    • Flexible approach to change
