This role will report into the Senior Director, Head of Visa Commercial Solutions Product Strategy Product GTM in Europe. VCS has high growth ambitions, we expect to more than double our business over the next five years. We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Product Analyst to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the commercialization of digital products across Europe, focusing on developing training and sales enablement collateral, mapping client prototypes to product pipeline opportunities, managing product governance processes, project managing pilots for new innovations to ensure successful product and pilot launches and market adoption
This is a unique opportunity to be part of expanding sales outside core Visa offerings in the fast-moving world of commercial payments. Business payments are the largest untapped opportunity for Visa in Europe and this role will be central in bringing our new solutions to market fast. This is not a directly client facing role but some client work is expected.
We will be working in an agile environment so this person must be proactive in ensuring we achieve our goals, and skilled in pivoting and adjusting as new information and opportunities come to light.
What we expect of you, day to day.
Market Analysis
- Assist the team in gathering market data from internal and external sources and analysing to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Provide actionable insights and action plans to sales and product teams to support product positioning and strategy.
- Implement pre-qualification process within sales teams to enable efficient validation of opportunities with target issuers to expedite solutioning and implementation e.g. development and training of FAQs, Validation Questions.
- Work with Markets to map localised product needs and product market fit for new product launches e.g. issuer enablement requirements, regulatory requirements. Align with Segments (Large Middle Market and Small Medium Enterprises on regional research required to strengthen the value proposition narratives and coordinate regional research requirements with Global Product team.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share in alignment with VCS Global team. Collaborate with finance and regional teams to implement pricing models.
- Produce executive engagement content on product performance and strategic initiatives including the development of business cases to support budget requests or product enhancement prioritization.
Partner with Sales, Solutioning, Marketing, Product teams to align on product delivery and define go-to-market approach, collateral, and ensure market readiness. - Collateral Development: Work with the Global VCS Product, Europe Segment Sales and Product GTM team and Europe marketing to create, organise, manage, and optimize product collateral to support marketing and sales efforts. Developing product bundles to holistically sell commercial solutions to issuers and partners, including product market fit heatmap and decision matrix to navigate options and prioritise sales efforts. This includes but is not limited to sales presentations, implementation training and technical specifications.
- Performance Monitoring, Develop issuer heatmap dashboard to identify high potential opportunities and track and report on product performance metrics post launch. Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimizations.
Initiative Tracking & Pilot Project Management
- Provide regular updates to multiple internal and external stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes for critical innovation pilot projects involving Consumer Product, VAS, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services to ensure cohesive and comprehensive product go-to-market strategies are considered early for Commercial use cases.
- Provide project management of VCS led initiatives including adoption of agile methodology by forming scrum teams.
- Manage the billing process for issuers for some of our VCS services products including Visa Commercial Pay (VCP), Central Travel Account (CTA), Spend Clarity for Enterprise & Business (SCFE and SCFB), Data solutions

Risk Process Management: In co-ordination with the European Risk team & Product GTM owners, ensure Product risks are identified, tracked, mitigated.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
