As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as a strategic contributor and team leader in developing and maintaining the marketing reporting and analytics infrastructure that supports Government Programs, including Medicare Advantage (MA), Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP), Med Supp, and Medicaid.

 

Positions in this function are responsible for the management and manipulation of mostly structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools, conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality. Depending on the specific role and business line, example responsibilities in this function could include creating specifications to bring data into a common structure, creating product specifications and models, developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, developing actionable insights and presenting recommendations for use across the company. Roles in this function could partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization. Other roles involved could include producing and managing the delivery of activity and value analytics to external stakeholders and clients. Team members will typically use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic and statistical software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data. Positions in this function work on predominately descriptive and regression-based analytics and tend to leverage subject matter expert views in the design of their analytics and algorithms. This function is not intended for employees performing the following work: production of standard or self-service operational reporting, casual inference led (healthcare analytics) or data pattern recognition (data science) analysis; and/or image or unstructured data analysis using sophisticated theoretical frameworks.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and automation of reporting pipelines to support campaign performance tracking and operational insights
  • Build and enhance dashboards and business intelligence tools that provide visibility into marketing campaign and journey execution
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Finance, Sales, and IT to deliver timely and accurate data solutions
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across multiple platforms by identifying discrepancies and implementing resolution strategies
  • Serve as a key resource on complex and critical issues, solving unique problems with broad business impact
  • Perform advanced conceptual analyses and develop innovative solutions to meet emerging business needs
  • Forecast and plan resource requirements to support evolving priorities
  • Review work performed by others, provide recommendations for improvement, and oversee execution of high-impact analytics projects
  • Mentor junior analysts and influence senior leadership to adopt innovative, data-driven approaches

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Finance, and IT
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience using Databricks or similar data platforms
  • Solid experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and review work performed by others
  • Proven excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics or marketing intelligence
  • Solid knowledge of campaign performance tracking, consumer journey analytics, and attribution modeling
  • Proven leadership in mentoring analysts or managing analytics teams
  • Proven expertise in cloud-based data platforms and automation frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through strategic data insights

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
