We are on the lookout for a inspirational and visionary Director of Product Management (Financial Services) to own the strategy and execution of our global Financial Services portfolio. This leadership role is critical to building the future financial backbone of Delivery Hero, focusing on driving revenue, increasing customer/merchant retention, and expanding market share through innovative solutions like payments infrastructure, embedded finance (wallets, cards, credit), and merchant lending at massive scale.

What You Will Do:
Own and articulate the long-term global product vision and strategy for Financial Services, ensuring organizational alignment with executive leadership.
Define, prioritize, and drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring all initiatives are tied to measurable business outcomes (e.g., GMV uplift, cost optimization, adoption rate).
Instill a data-driven, customer-first culture across the team to design and deliver best-in-class, compliant, and highly scalable user/merchant experiences.
Establish and govern operational excellence for product development, utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to continuously optimize delivery velocity and product market fit across all geographies.
Mentor, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence at a global scale.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and robust platform delivery worldwide.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Product Management, with 5+ years leading teams in global technology platforms.
Extensive experience with consumer and/or merchant-facing products in Financial Services, Banking, Payments, or Embedded Finance.
Demonstrated expertise in navigating regulatory environments within FinTech or Payments.
Proven track record of scaling platforms to achieve sustained outcomes across multiple markets.
Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments—takes ownership, adapts quickly, and focuses on meaningful outcomes.
Operates with humility, a growth mindset, and a team-first approach.
