The Sr. Product Manager JR is the local market expert for the segment and products' understanding trends, competitive landscape, product performance and customer/user needs, and connecting these inputs with existing or future products and solutions. The Sr. Product Manager JR is expected to work in partnership with the commercial team to help build aligned strategies and ensure execution across Poland and provide feedback to the leadership team on the success of strategies and their effectiveness through tracking metrics of execution.
What you will doResearch, launch, and reposition products in the local marketplace to maximize sales and growth, leveraging the 4P’s and Big Picture methodology.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), reference centers, and other influencers within Stryker and competitor networks.
Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, TPECs, congresses, and professional education activities.
Collaborate with the Internal Education team to ensure sales force competency and readiness.
Support critical product evaluations, tenders, and customer presentations to secure must-win opportunities.
Manage operational aspects of the product portfolio, including demand planning, equipment needs, demonstration units, and local PLCM impact.
Develop trust and strong relationships with sales professionals, internal stakeholders, and customers, including extensive field travel.
Act as a mentor to junior Product Managers and deliver training as needed, serving as a role model for organizational, social, and ethical values.
What you needRequired:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Life Science or relevant field
3-5 years of marketing experience of which a significant portion is within med-tech industry, specifically within the Joint Replacement field
Proven success record in leading marketing project incl. marketing plans, product launches and campaigns within healthcare industry
Extensive knowledge of product management processes, planning and execution
Demonstrated leadership in innovating in the field of processes, marketing activities and marketing development
Track record as leader of cross-functional projects
In-depth experience in supporting the sales force and customer facing activities in the field
