Job Description

As an Associate in the Program Management Office (PMO) for Onboarding and Implementation, you will play a key role in supporting the team’s data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. Your primary focus will be on analyzing program and operational data, developing and maintaining dashboards and tools, and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of our reporting infrastructure.

In this role, you are expected to:

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret program and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support the PMO in tracking key metrics and program performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Dashboard and Tool Development:

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to visualize program status, resource allocation, and delivery metrics.
  • Continuously improve dashboards for usability, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective solutions.

Dashboard Maintenance and Updates:

  • Ensure dashboards and tools are regularly updated with the latest data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity and dashboard functionality.
  • Document processes and provide training or support to users as needed.

Program Support:

  • Assist in the implementation of standardized project and program management methodologies, templates, and tools.
  • Contribute to the capture of best practices and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Support regular stakeholder reviews by preparing and presenting dashboard insights.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with Onboarding and Implementation functions, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders to align on program commitments and delivery.
  • Communicate findings and updates clearly and proactively to relevant teams.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • We welcome applications from Singapore citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents. All candidates must have existing, and continuing, right to work in Singapore.
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science).
  • Has less than 18 months of relevant experience in the areas of data analysis, dashboard development, or program or project management support
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and experience with dashboard or reporting automation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow tools, or Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
