What a day-to-day in this role looks like:

  • Manage the full payroll cycle for employees in Brazil.

  • Ensure correct application of local labor laws and internal guidelines.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Work closely with local and international People & Culture teams.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in payroll tools and HRIS.
