Payroll Analyst (Advanced Portuguese)

What a day-to-day in this role looks like:
Manage the full payroll cycle for employees in the region.
Ensure correct application of local labor laws and internal guidelines.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Work closely with local and international People & Culture teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in payroll tools and HRIS.
