What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end customer order fulfillment, from order entry to invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Monitor and track shipments to guarantee on-time delivery and proactively resolve any delays or issues.
• Act as the communication bridge between internal teams, external partners, and customers to keep all parties informed.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating with warehouses and freight forwarders for efficient delivery.
• Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods according to SOPs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy to prevent stock shortages, perform stock reconciliations and support annual stock counts for variance verification.
• Address and resolve customer service issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

What you will need

Required:

• University degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service operations.
• Ability to work with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively in English and Korean (written and spoken).

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE or similar.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and customs clearance procedures.
