Job DescriptionAssist team by facilitating clearance of workflow in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure that all Trades, overdraft monitoring & reporting, new accounts, TIK’s, liquidations, high cash flows are completed in a timely manner
Ensure that all reconciliations are completed in a timely manner and resolve all cash and position breaks are resolved
Ensure all corporate action breaks are resolved and if unresolved, facilitate the solution by coordinating with Invesco managers and stakeholders
Ensure all critical end of the day reports on new accounts, terms, restrictions and reconciliation items are completed, and actionable items are duly completed
Ensure all the process documents are regularly updated and sent for review
Communicate with the operational trading, Data Management, and other upstream departments to ensure a quick solution to complex new account, trading and reconciliation issues
Coordinate and work with external vendors to ensure a smooth transition of system conversions
Support all internal & external audits and BCP situations
Conduct and drive knowledge sharing sessions across teams enabling the team to meet the dynamic requirements
Initiate and support organization in continuous process improvement
Proactively identify potential operational risks, suggest mitigation strategy to manager and lead the implementation of the agreed upon mitigation strategy
Responsible for helping/Guiding the team members to prioritize the work and to do the Job on their own.
Being Vocal and Visible in process handling and team building.
Ensure all the transitions run smoothly by coordinating with Onsite team
Ensure smart controls are in place for all activities (existing & new) to have 100% accuracy. Ensure process documents are up-to-date and get the sign off as when required.
Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss updates, statistics, and other information.
Interviews, hires, orients, trains, motivate, evaluate, and disciplines subordinate personnel.
Monitor attendance and manage leaves.
Participate in regular meetings / conference calls with onsite Team, Vendors and other Teams in the company to discuss process related items
Manage the output of sub ordinates ensuring qualitative, timely output and manage performance related appraisals and issues under direct supervision from the reporting manager.
Formal Education:
BCOM, MCOM, MBA and any professional qualification with Finance as the major Specialization.
License/Registration/Certification: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)

Work Experience / Knowledge:
6-8 Years of knowledge on global capital markets and coordinate and work with external vendors to ensure a smooth transition of system conversions. Prior experience in reconciliation is preferable.
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
Excellent understanding of corporate actions, trade life cycle, account life cycle and capital markets.
Excellent understanding of global capital markets and willingness to work in night shifts.
Excellent understanding of Quality and process improvement concepts
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Process driven approach with a strong emphasis on compliance with rules and regulations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures
The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 30 pounds is also necessary
Normally a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment
Hours include alternate shift work, evenings and/or weekends and may include 24 hours a day on call support
