As a Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant, you will:

• Map customer business requirements to technical solutions.
• Provide input and consultation during scoping and architecture phases of Digital Workplace projects.
• Design and implement system solutions leveraging deep knowledge of M365 technologies and associated workloads.
• Act as a subject matter expert for all things Microsoft 365.
• Develop detailed technical designs and execute project plans.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks and issues with the project team.
• Engage with customer IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
