Your Team

You will join a focused and collaborative Loan Syndication team responsible for managing the full lifecycle of syndicated loans. The team works closely with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of loan transactions, adherence to compliance standards, and resolution of exceptions. The environment encourages continuous learning and process improvement.

Your Role

As an Analyst in Loan Syndication, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of key loan lifecycle events including Deal Closings, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, and Trade Settlements. You will perform cash and invoice reconciliations, identify and resolve exceptions promptly, and ensure compliance with quality and quantity SLAs. Your role will also involve supporting audit and regulatory requirements through accurate documentation and reporting, as well as contributing to process improvements and automation efforts. A proactive and professional approach, along with effective collaboration, will be essential.

The Experience You Bring

• Approximately 1 year of experience in Loan Syndication, Loan Operations, or a related financial domain.
• Good working knowledge of Wall Street Office (WSO) applications.
• Familiarity with IBOR/ABOR and Custody Reconciliation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.

Academic requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Any additional certifications or training related to loan syndication or financial operations will be a plus.
