Skills and Competencies
- Proven ability to use data and insights to drive strategy and performance.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, insights generation, and reporting with demonstrated business impact.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills; experience with Power BI and Alteryx.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data cleansing, governance, and quality reporting.
- Ability to work with unstructured data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex data for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data governance practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.).
- Preferred certifications: Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Alteryx.
- Design and implement data models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Support migration to cloud‑based data infrastructure while ensuring data integrity.
- Drive data‑enabled improvements across Pricing, Product, and Sales workflows.
- Define and harmonize data requirements to improve efficiency and data quality.
- Monitor data quality and performance KPIs; recommend improvements.
- Identify automation opportunities and leverage predictive analytics.
- Contribute to Commercial digitization initiatives, including generative AI adoption.
- Promote a data‑driven culture across teams through analytics enablement.
- Integrate advanced analytics tools and technologies to streamline operations.
