As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for planning, building, and nurturing strategic relationships with key accounts. Your main objective is to identify and qualify opportunities for revenue growth and service expansion for both the client and SoftwareOne (Crayon Group).
What you’ll do
- Manage a defined customer portfolio and take full ownership of its development.
- Build long-lasting, trusted relationships with customers and partners.
- Collaborate closely with LSS, Software Advisors, and Solution Advisors to deliver optimal solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the sales process.
- Maintain deep knowledge of SofwareOne's (Crayon Group’s ) offerings, go-to-market strategy, and customer needs.
