We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead the strategy, design, and optimization of sales tools and processes that drive seller productivity and elevate customer engagement. This role will own the vision for the sales technology ecosystem and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer journey priorities across multiple sub-business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Ownership of Sales Tools: Define and execute the roadmap for CRM, knowledge management, contract lifecycle management, and related platforms.
- Customer Journey Integration: Ensure tools and processes support every stage of the customer journey—lead generation, pipeline management, quoting, contracting, implementation, and performance tracking—enabling CMS sellers to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Seller Experience Leadership: Champion initiatives that reduce friction and improve seller efficiency, aligning with enterprise-wide goals.
- Requirements Development: Translate complex business needs into scalable tool and process requirements, ensuring alignment with Visa’s global standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across multiple sub-business units and functions to gather, align, and prioritize requirements for enterprise-wide impact.
- Performance & Adoption: Establish KPIs, monitor tool effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
- Product Management: Lead the product lifecycle for sales tools, including feature prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of enhancements that meet evolving business needs.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
Experience:
- 7–10 years of professional experience, including:
- Deep expertise in sales tools (CRM, knowledge management, contract management systems).
- Strong background in sales or sales operations.
- Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategies that align with business objectives.
- Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and leverage data for decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders across global teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
- Experience with knowledge management and contract lifecycle management tools.
- Experience in Seller role
- Strong product management and program leadership experience in global organizations.
- Proficiency in project management strategies, including EPIC-based planning and JIRA workflow management
Additional Information

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 149,800.00 to 217,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
