Platform Specialist- System Center Orchestrator

Being part of this team means working at the heart of technological automation, where every solution you design has a direct impact on infrastructure efficiency and security. You’ll work with advanced tools and be part of a team of professionals passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and collaborative work.
- Design and develop custom runbooks to automate repetitive tasks and complex processes.
- Integrate Orchestrator with other tools in the Microsoft ecosystem such as System Center Service Manager, Operations Manager, among others.
- Monitor and maintain the health of automated workflows, ensuring their proper execution.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, support, and development teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes made to workflows.
- Conduct testing, adjustments, and continuous improvements to existing runbooks.
- Participate in IT process improvement and migration projects.
