Role overview:

The individual will work on the Asset Servicing Transformation program for the core Asset Servicing applications including upgrades, lead phases of the project lifecycle for strategic, cross functional business initiatives. The program this role will focus on is system replatforming including the main Asset Servicing processing platforms and peripheral systems. Additional projects may involve: process optimization, risk mitigation, regulatory mandates and operating model re-engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure creation of project plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
• Test planning and execution of functional testing
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Identify key stakeholders who will participate in project scope definition. Identify, document, and understand project dependencies
• Ensure appropriate resources are assigned to project & monitor commitment.
• Ensure change control is executed throughout project.
• Establish project communication needs and support creation of project communication plan.
• Measure project management performance against standards.
• Create the project risk management plan.
• Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Relevant years of senior experience in Asset Servicing and project/change
• Developed communication skills, experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
