Work You'll Do
- Lead Testing & Implementation Workstreams: Owns SIT, UAT, ORT, and performance testing activities across large programs, including test strategy, execution oversight, and defect management.
- Plan and Execute Go-Lives: Lead implementation planning, cutover strategy, readiness assessments, and stabilization for complex system deployments.
- Drive Integrated Delivery: Manage dependencies across business, technical, and vendor teams; track progress; and support alignment to scope, schedule, and quality.
- Ensure Functional & Program Alignment: review functional designs and requirements to confirm alignment with Child Support and / or Child Care policies, business processes, and operational realities
- Manage Client Stakeholders: Serve as a primary client-facing lead for testing and implementation topics, including status reporting, risk escalation, and decision support.
- Proactively Manage Risk: Identify delivery, operational, and adoption risks early; drive mitigation strategies; and escalate issues with clear recommendations.
- Continuously Improve Delivery: Apply and refine testing, implementation, and governance approaches across engagements.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience delivery large-scale IT system implementations in a consulting or client-facing delivery role.
- 1+ years in a leadership role across SIT, UAT, ORT, performance testing, and implementation/cutover activities.
- 1+ years of experience that demonstrates subject matter expertise in Child Support and/or Child Care programs.
- 1+ years of experience working in a Waterfall and hybrid-Agile delivery environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience managing multi-threaded workstreams and coordinating across vendors and client teams.
- 1+ years of experience supporting public-sector or human services system modernizations with a focus on eligibility, case management, enforcement, or benefits systems related to Child Support or Child Care.
