Job Description
We are looking for our new ICT manager
Your Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Technical Director, you will manage your projects from start to finish, from on-site needs analysis to post-deployment support.
1. Analysis and Design (Study Phase)
- Visit clients to audit their business processes (receiving soiled linen, sorting, washing, shipping, traceability solution requirements).
- Write functional and technical specifications.
- Propose suitable solutions (software, hardware such as handheld terminals, RFID, conveyors).
2. Development and Integration
- Ensure the maintenance of existing applications.
- Develop new features or specific modules using WinDev/WebDev/WinDev Mobile.
- Manage the database (HFSQL).
- Ensure interfacing with industrial PLCs or third-party systems (ERP, accounting).
3. Deployment and Installation (On-site)
- Install the solution at the client's site (anywhere in France).
- Configure the equipment (RFID antennas, barcode scanners, thermal printers).
- Train end users and local administrators.
4. Monitoring and Development
- Provide level 2 and 3 technical support.
- Analyze customer feedback to propose continuous improvements.
- Maintain technical and user documentation.
5. User Support and Service Management
- Manage the technical support team (Helpdesk) and ensure the quality and speed of service to internal users.
- Implement and maintain established practices for managing incidents, problems, and changes.
Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science.
- Language : Proficient in English
Technical Expertise:
- Essential mastery of the PC SOFT environment (WinDev) with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of SQL database management.
- Knowledge of networking and hardware (IoT, RFID) would be a significant asset.
Soft Skills :
- Autonomy: You manage your own travel and priorities.
- Interpersonal skills: You represent the company to the client.
- Analytical skills: Ability to quickly understand complex industrial processes.
Working Conditions
- Location: Position based in Les Mureaux (78), with frequent travel (50% of the time) throughout France.
