Skills and Competencies

  • Strong ability to use data and insights to drive business strategy.
  • 1+ year of experience in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills; experience with Power BI and Alteryx.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data cleansing and governance.
  • Ability to work with unstructured data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working and data governance practices.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Economics).
  • Preferred: Google Data Analytics Certificate, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends and generate insights.
  • Build dashboards and reports to support data‑driven decisions.
  • Design data models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Support migration to cloud-based data infrastructure.
  • Drive data-led enhancements across Pricing, Product, and Sales workflows.
  • Analyze large datasets for anomalies and optimization opportunities.
  • Define and harmonize data requirements to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs for data quality and performance; recommend improvements.
  • Identify automation opportunities and support predictive modeling.
  • Contribute to long‑term digitization and generative AI initiatives.

About the Team

Our Commercial Analytics / Data Strategy team is responsible for enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the business.
We support transformation through:

  • Delivering actionable insights that enhance pricing, product, and sales performance.
  • Improving data quality, governance, and reporting frameworks.
  • Leading modernization and digitization programs using advanced analytics and AI.
