Skills and Competencies
- 6+ years of leadership experience in IT, ideally within a corporate, regulated environment.
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft low-code technologies, including Power Platform, CRM, and ERP, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in large-scale enterprise settings.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and relevant programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python).
- Proficient in Agile Methodology and DevOps for solution development, tracking, and delivery.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting business priorities and manage development processes/projects effectively.
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a directly related field; Master’s Degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an Associate Director – Technology Solutions to join our Latin America regional team in Moody’s Local. Moody’s Local is a group of leading providers of domestic credit ratings, with operations in 13 countries.
- Collaborate on the design and execution of Moody’s Local strategic technology roadmap, leveraging Microsoft environment tools and aligning with medium- and long-term objectives.
- Lead the design and architecture of low-code solutions, including managing proposals, project timelines, resources, and costs with strategic stakeholders.
- Operate within an objective and key results (OKR) framework to drive alignment and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Conduct architectural reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and global compliance standards.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to guide strategic decision-making.
- Drive initiatives to enhance system reliability, scalability, security, and performance across the technology landscape.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
About the team
The team partners closely with business leaders and ratings operations to design, build, and scale Microsoft‑first solutions—spanning Power Platform apps, CRM/ERP integrations, and secure Azure services—that simplify complex processes and deliver measurable outcome.
