As our new HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing both operational HR processes and strategic initiatives. The role is a combination of hands-on HR administration with business partnering responsibilities, ensuring smooth HR operations while fostering employee engagement across the organization.
The role is for a fixed term of up to one year, with the possibility of extension.

The role:
- Coordinate payroll and ensure full compliance with Hungarian labor law, internal policies, and reporting requirements
- Manage end‑to‑end HR administration, including onboarding/offboarding, employee documentation, HRIS (Workday) updates, and time reporting
- Maintain accurate employee data, prepare HR reports, and support audits and cooperation with finance and other relevant departments
- Partner with managers on performance management, talent development, career growth, and succession planning
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, data analysis, action planning, and promoting company culture and values
- Support organizational changes, workforce planning, and continuous improvement of HR processes, collaborating with Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders
