We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the South Region team of a leading multinational company. This role provides strategic financial support to the Finance Director and commercial teams, contributing to financial planning, performance analysis, and informed business decision-making within a highly governed multinational environment. The position requires a fluent command of English, as it involves daily verbal interaction with international teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Finance Director and Affiliate Management Team to deliver financial insights that support business decisions.
- Prepare and analyze reports on Sales, SG&A, Distribution Margin, and local profitability.
- Actively participate in financial planning and reporting processes, including Budget, Forecast, Long-Range Planning (LRP), and month-end close.
- Monitor and control expenses, commercial policies, cost structure, and business cases.
- Support financial governance activities such as cash flow management, balance sheet integrity, transfer pricing, and internal controls.
- Coordinate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with commercial, demand, and supply teams.
- Provide financial input to brand strategies and business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in multinational environments.
- Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, HFM, or Concur is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (mandatory).
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven international settings.
