About the role

Join our team as a Marketing Product Specialist to help shape the future of medical adhesive and medical device solutions through strategic lifecycle management. You will serve as a vital link between technical development and market success, ensuring our products improve patient outcomes worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • This role follows a flexible working arrangement depending on the specific requirements of the position.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle to optimize the portfolio, ensuring clinical and technical data remains accurate through collaboration with RA/QA, Sales and R&D.
  • Define short-term product plans and long-term roadmaps while providing market-focused input for new product development and launch processes.
  • Create and execute promotional campaigns, newsletters, and trade show strategies while delivering comprehensive product training to internal and external teams.
  • Monitor market trends and product profitability to implement efficiency improvements and competitive positioning strategies across the range.
  • Build supportive partnerships across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure products meet both company objectives and market needs.

Qualifications

Required:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a regulated or technical environment.
  • Fluency in English with the ability to deliver clear, supportive presentations and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Skills you need to succeed:

  • Proven skills in mentoring others, managing complex projects, and balancing multiple priorities with a focus on detail.
  • Proficiency in digital systems and market analysis, with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain a deep customer orientation.
