Senior Product Manager
Expedia B2B is the B2B arm of Expedia Group. We provide the scale, innovative technology and supply of Expedia Group to businesses looking to take on the world of travel. Through these partnerships we power experiences for millions of consumers globally, helping drive brand loyalty and growth for our partners, and Expedia Group.
Expedia’s Rapid API supports our partners across a wide range of segments, including loyalty programs, airlines, travel agents, corporate travel management companies and online retailers enabling them to shop for hotels and vacation rentals on behalf of their customers.
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Product Manager to join the Rapid team focused on Activities API. You’ll work across disciplines to define product vision, lead execution, and ensure our offerings remain at the forefront of the travel industry.
What you'll do:
Develop close relationships with our stakeholders to understand their needs informing the strategy for your domain
Conduct and apply market and competitive analysis to guide product strategy
Identify customer pain points and design solutions that enhance user experience
Define and drive the product roadmap for your domain
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build and launch impactful travel solutions
Partner with finance and analytics teams to assess product viability, set revenue targets, define key product metrics and track performance of your products to evaluate their success
Build great relationships with our sales and technical teams to ensure products are launched and supported successfully
Communicate product vision effectively across stakeholders and executive leadership, advocate for your products and believe passionately in them
Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and operational excellence
Integrate AI/ML models into product functionality with a solid understanding of model development processes
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of product management experience, or master’s with 6+ years of experience (or equivalent industry background)
You are excited by the accountability that comes with leading a large domain and portfolio of products
Outstanding influencing skills, stakeholder communication, and storytelling
Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
You speak knowledgeably with engineers about a problem space, can communicate user stories and know how to build products incrementally
Experience driving product innovation in a tech-driven, customer-facing environment
Familiarity with technical architecture, reverse engineering concepts, and product experimentation
You can identify the best business opportunities, make prioritization calls, and devise a clear strategy
