SoftwareOne is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee our end‑to‑end Finance Operations in China, including accounting, reporting, compliance, and process optimization. You will play a key role in enhancing financial governance, enabling business growth, and contributing to regional and global finance initiatives.
The Role
As the Senior Finance Manager, you will:
- Oversee all Accounting Operations in China, including AR, AP, GL, tax, and compliance.
- Lead the month-end close process: prepare journal entries, review GL accounts, and perform balance sheet reconciliations in line with local statutory rules, tax regulations, and global finance policies.
- Support the Head of Finance with monthly and quarterly management reporting for local leadership and APAC stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and working capital efficiency.
- Coordinate statutory audits, tax filings, and engage with external auditors and advisors.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial processes, improve data accuracy, and strengthen internal controls.
- Provide financial insights and support on ad‑hoc cross‑functional projects as needed.
- Act as a role model for team collaboration, business partnership, and a growth‑oriented finance culture.
