Skills and Competencies

  • 10+ years of experience in Strategy, GTM, Distribution, Sales, or Sales Operations within the global insurance, reinsurance, brokerage, or insurance technology (InsurTech) industry is required
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives at a senior level, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Commercial Strategy leaders to ensure cohesive execution
  • Deep expertise in designing and implementing sophisticated sales enablement programs for complex insurance software, data, or analytics solutions, including training on use cases and competitive positioning
  • Strategic experience developing and executing pricing and packaging strategies for insurance-focused products, with the ability to provide hands-on support for complex, customized pricing solutions
  • Exceptional program management skills are required to lead high-stakes strategic GTM programs from conception through to execution, including enablement and partner/customer activation
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop KPIs and monitor campaign performance is essential for measuring impact and providing regular, data-driven updates to executive leadership
  • Experience leading significant change management efforts to drive adoption of new GTM processes and tools across a global organization is highly desired
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools—such as Copilot and ChatGPT—can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA or related graduate degree is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities 

Lead and execute the go-to-market strategies for the Insurance business unit, driving successful activation programs across all commercial channels to ensure the achievement of strategic business goals. 

  • Create and implement GTM activation strategies and campaigns that align with business goals and drive funnel activities within the insurance sector
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Strategy to ensure well-informed and cohesive execution of all GTM initiatives
  • Manage strategic GTM activation programs from conception to execution, including sales enablement, partner activation, and customer activation
  • Design and implement sophisticated education and enablement programs to train the sales team on use cases, product positioning, competitive differentiation, and value maximization for our insurance solutions
  • Develop pricing and packaging strategies to optimize revenue and market penetration, providing hands-on support for complex, customized pricing solutions
  • Collaborate with Marketing and content teams to create compelling GTM materials, sales collateral, and messaging frameworks tailored to the insurance market
  • Monitor GTM readiness and campaign performance, developing KPIs to measure success throughout the pre- and post-sales cycle and reporting results to senior leadership
  • Travel up to 20% of the time for strategic client interactions and industry events

About the Team

Our Insurance Go-to-Market (GTM) team is responsible for curating and driving the execution of go-to-market strategies for the insurance business unit. We ensure successful activation across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Engagement by collaborating with stakeholders to align strategies, develop activation plans, and measure the impact of these initiatives. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work in shaping the commercial success of our most strategic insurance solutions at a senior leadership level. 

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $163,300.00 - $236,800.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
