What You Will Do
Validate and reconcile financial data across multiple reporting systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Execute financial planning and reporting processes and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reliability.
Prepare budget baselines and planning scenarios and assess their validity using analysis and knowledge of supported business units.
Ensure adherence to standardized reporting processes and data governance requirements.
Deliver reporting outputs and commitments in alignment with established service‑level agreements.
Develop and document detailed procedures that enable standardized planning and reporting operations.
Partner with business units to understand reporting needs and support scalable solutions through the center‑of‑excellence model.
Contribute to special projects as the reporting center expands into additional capabilities and functions.

This role requires living within commuting distance of our Flower Mound, TX office.
Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days onsite per week (Tuesday & Wednesday), with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
