Job Details

Citi’s US in-house creative agency, Skyline, is looking for a candidate to lead business management, creative execution and strategic projects for the organization. This role will have direct and regular interaction with the Head of Skyline and its Executive Creative Director, driving critical routines, structure and culture for the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with agency leadership to help inform and support strategic planning, priority setting, and leadership team alignment around business goals.
  • Provide thought leadership in developing new growth solutions and solving complex problems within the organization.
  • Articulate vision, execution progress and results of the agency for critical senior leadership presentations, transforming quantitative and qualitative information into comprehensive and highly visual presentations.
  • Drive content, cadence and logistics of routines for the agency, including monthly all-hands calls, quarterly town halls, ad hoc events, and more. Develop net new routines, where needed, to further drive connectivity throughout the organization.
  • Lead people management duties including headcount reporting, new hire onboarding and contract renewal.
  • Coordinate video production shoots by partnering with creative team members to develop detailed shot lists, align on recording times, account for equipment setup and stakeholder needs.
  • Identify industry events and award opportunities for the in-house agency to participate in, collecting the necessary details, requesting budget approval, developing a business case and advising on the resulting impact.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in business planning or strategy roles. Consulting experience and agency preferred.
  • Ability to build presentations that convey a clear story supported by data findings.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to partner effectively with various levels within the organization and influence key decisions.
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem- solving skills.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous situations, self-starter and self-learner.
  • Demonstrates a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks.
  • Multi-tasking skills with ability to manage complex projects and meet strict deadlines.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
