Team/Role Overview

The Loan Servicing-Fees Team provide operational support for multiple Clients and business sectors across the UK/E/MEA region providing Loan Administration services for both syndicated and bilateral deals originated and captured within the region.

The mission is to provide a high quality and consistent level of service to all entities throughout the life cycle of the loan. Team’s main tasks are related to managing loan fees events and General Ledger entries processing.

What you’ll do

• Managing the day to day responsibilities of a team of 10+ employees within Loan Servicing-Fees team
• Setting clear expectations and consistently providing information, resources, feedback, coaching and recognition that helps employees improve their performance
• This role will manage loan fees events accounting and booking; General Ledger entries processing while providing support to a variety of tasks related to the loan process
• Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of complex deliverables often related, but not limited to accurate accounting of fees related items
• Provide subject matter expertise to business-driven initiatives, internal partners, leadership or projects related to operations as necessary
• Developing necessary process improvements, communications and effective working relationships that establish accountability and positively impact Lending Operations and business partners
• Ensure procedures are adequate to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, audit and risk management requirements & policies
• Be responsible for project management updates for all Lending work streams within the program

What we’ll need from you

• Active listening, providing clear instructions, giving constructive feedback, and ensuring transparency
• Understanding of Loan Processes, Procedures, Products and Services with focus on fees related process
• Inspiring and motivating teams, leading by example, fostering trust, and aligning people with organizational goals. 
• Knowledge and/or previous experience with Loan IQ will be an advantage
• General awareness of managing, preparing, and reviewing loan documentation with focus on fees process
• Adequate ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues
• The jobholder will need to be flexible and able to deal with the ongoing changing needs of the Business in a positive way
• Requires advanced analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple projects, thereby defining problems and developing solutions
• 3+ years of managerial experience in Lending Operations or Investment Operations
