Quick commerce is a core growth pillar for Pandora, and user experience is central to unlocking its full potential. As a Growth Performance manager, you will own the performance, and strategy of QC user growth across multiple markets, with a focus on QC MAU Penetration and Trials driven through exposure, campaigns, and user touchpoints. 

This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, lifecycle marketing, and execution. You will define scalable standards for how QC shows up across the platform, partner closely with local growth and campaign teams, and translate performance signals into concrete actions. 

You will thrive here if you enjoy ambiguity, think analytically, and are comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives alongside senior stakeholders from different departments that balance user experience with business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own QC Growth performance across markets, accountable for QC MAU % and QC Trials by developing and executing growth strategies based on market needs, scope, initiatives, and gaining cross-functional alignment on new opportunities.

  • Monitor weekly performance trends and identify experience-related growth opportunities 

  • Define and enforce standards for QC Exposure across campaigns, homescreen, and key touchpoints 

  • Partner with local growth and marketing teams to align strategy & execution 

  • Establish “golden rules” for QC visibility with a strong user-first mindset 

  • Lead cross functional initiatives with Commercial, Subscription, and different Marketing Teams 

  • Produce clear, decision-ready performance reporting for senior leadership 

  • Run deep dive analyses on ad-hoc growth and experience issues when performance deviates


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance 

  • 5+ Years of relevant experience in growth, marketing, strategy, consulting, or tech-driven business 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action 

  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders 

  • High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous environments 

  • Strong prioritization skills and pragmatic 80/20 problem-solving approach 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL is a plus
