Citrix VDI Engineer

The role's daily focus involves working within the client's ITSM system and following ITIL processes to run IT infrastructure efficiently.
You will be engaged with incident handling, change and service request processing, problem resolution, and system maintenance as part of a managed service.
Responsibilities:- Operate IT structures as outlined in the client's Architecture and Technical Description document and Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem resolution within the customer's ITSM.
- Perform housekeeping activities to ensure system stability and security and Maintain and optimize Citrix environments for high availability and performance.
- Solve technical issues related to Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, StoreFront, and Citrix Gateway.
- Configure and optimize networking components related to Citrix including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
- Monitor and analyze system performance using tools like Citrix Director and Maintain comprehensive documentation of system changes, configurations, and fix procedures.
