The Opportunity
As part of the Technology and Data team you will analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that drive client success. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your knowledge to build meaningful client relationships, mentor junior team members, and navigate the complexities of compliance and technology risks. This role allows you to use your technical and data skills to deliver value and quality to clients.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of consulting, data analysis, compliance, internal audit or risk experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preferred field(s) of study: Accounting & Finance, Computer and Information Science, Computer Systems Analysis, Mathematical Statistics, Statistics, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting & Technology
- Understanding of risk management and compliance
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Performing data analysis for compliance, finance, and internal controls
- Building relationships between data sources and tables
- Knowledge and experience with data manipulation and analysis technologies, including Alteryx, Microsoft SQL Server, Databricks, Python, R, and emerging technologies and tools for automation and AI-driven insights
- Championing intellectual curiosity and continuous learning, and having a AI first mindset
- Managing projects related to data management and technology initiatives
- Researching and analyzing client and technology trends

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
