  • Prepare monthly inventory analyses, including obsolete/surplus materials, days-on hand (DOH), working inventory, and total inventory; manage disposition of rejected or obsolete materials through eMDO processes.
  • Identify significant Purchase Price Variances (PPV), lead monthly PPV reporting, and collaborate with Finance and Purchasing to implement cost-improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to Inventory Planners (Level II/III), supporting workload prioritization, training, and development.
  • Lead or support implementation of new planning systems, process improvements, and cross-functional projects related to material management and supply chain optimization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP and related planning tools, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and effective use of planning parameters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of relevant experience accepted.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory planning, materials management, purchasing, or supply chain operations, including supervisory or team-lead experience.
