The Business Execution team is tasked with putting together our business strategy and executing on our strategy and vision. Our expertise extends to all areas of our operating model: operations, technology, people. This role interfaces closely with our functional partners and senior cluster heads, as well as coordinates and manages activities such as the tracking of business financials, headcount and other administrative needs and ad hoc projects, as necessary.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business managers and product partners to forecast monthly headcount, revenues, expenses, and other business drivers, for our business and for various legal entity requirements.
  • Create and deliver business presentations for internal use (such as QBRs, MBRs, townhalls, etc.), and assist on materials/reporting for external use (including fulfilling various regulatory commitments).
  • Partner with Product on new product initiatives or innovation, for example, ensuring new product initiatives have fully realized revenue & cost models associated with them, and how our product strategy will impact our bottom line.
  • Build and contribute to capacity planning models, to help us understand and identify bottlenecks and resource requirements, and how we can optimize the existing workforce
  • Work with Sales team as necessary on financially oriented items such as RFPs / pricing models, client metrics, and client targeting.
  • Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams.
  • Help coordinate and develop our business response and strategy towards items such as Operational Resilience / Recovery Planning.
  • Participating in managing Sanctions and sanctions-related items, such as portfolio winddowns or market exits.
  • Work alongside financial control by applying a comprehensive understanding of the department Profit & Loss (P&L), including appropriate accruals, client allocations, the impact of capitalization, in order to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Most importantly, this role is responsible for leading the Issuer Services Investment Planning effort. In this capacity, you will be responsible for helping manage and optimize our Technology Book of Work and business objectives, including investment prioritization, scenario planning, benefits/outcomes, and ensuring effective governance and discipline in our spend. This role will liase closely with Finance, Product, Technology and other cross product BE leads in this capacity.
  • As Investment Planning lead, this position is expected to be involved in Issuer Services' efforts to adopt AGILE framework so prior experience and familiarity with AGILE and SCRUM preferred


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in financial markets business or business support
  • Experience with project management and technical projects preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Office product suite; basic macro coding experience and proficiency in Microsoft Access and PowerPoint preferred
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$142,320.00 - $213,480.00
