Quick commerce is a rore growth pillar for Pandora, and user experience is central to unlocking it’s full potential. As a Growth Economics Manager, you will own the economic engine behind QC user growth across multiple markets, with a clear focus on QC MAU Penetration and Trials, while safeguarding cost integrity. 

In this role, you will define incentive strategies, set scalable standards, and work closely with Pricing, Commercial, and Subscription teams to unlock growth without compromising unit economics. You will operate as a strategic owner - tracking performance, diagnosing issues, and driving cross-functional solutions that balance growth ambition with financial discipline. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys running the business, challenging assumptions, and influencing senior stakeholders with clear, data-backed thinking.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own QC Growth performance across markets, accountable for QC MAU % and QC Trials by developing and executing growth strategies based on market needs, scope, initiatives, and gaining cross-functional alignment on new opportunities.

  • Monitor weekly economic performance and identify cost or incentive inefficiencies

  • Define and enforce incentive standards across QC to ensure scalable, sustainable growth

  • Partner with local growth and commercial teams on incentive strategy and execution

  • Establish “golden rules” for incentives in collaboration with cross functional teams

  • Lead cross functional initiatives with a strong focus on unit economics

  • Produce clear, decision-ready performance reporting and economic narratives for senior leadership 

  • Run deep dive analyses on major growth or cost deviations


Additional Information
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, finance, growth, or tech-enabled businesses

  • Strong analytical foundation with comfort working on P&L, ROI, and economic trade-offs

  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions

  • Strong prioritization skills and bias toward action, and ROI-first mindset

  • Clear, structured communicator with strong business judgment

  • High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous environments 

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL is a plus
