You will: (responsibilities)
> Work in an Agile squad to engineer, maintain and support Windows Server Platform based solutions following firm policies and the latest security guidelines
> Architect and design solutions that fit into the firm's technology roadmap and meet security, supportability and performance requirements
> Create, review and maintain technical and operational support documentation
> Additionally, provide 3rd line support including on-call, investigate & troubleshoot root causes providing recommendations and solutions based on these outcomes leveraging DevOps practices
> Share knowledge amongst peers and clients in the Agile chapter and squad
You have: (must-have skills)
> Proficient technical foundation and recent experience based on the Windows Server Platform
> Deep technical understanding of Windows Server operating systems up to Server 2025
> Experience contributing to the design of technical solutions to meet complex business requirements
> Intermediate or higher-level scripting skills with PowerShell
> Extensive experience with one or more of the following Microsoft technologies in a large environment. e.g. SCCM OSD, Microsoft Clustering, DFSN, DFSR, WDS, FTP
> Troubleshooting mind-set (e.g. parsing event logs, using SysInternals tools, analysing memory dumps etc.)
> Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others in a truly global team You might also have: (nice to have skills)
> Experience of automation and providing self service capability (e.g. using Orchestrator and PowerShell)
> Experience with Azure Local, Splunk, CIDB and Configuration management solutions (e.g. DSC, Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
> Experience in migrating services into Public Cloud Services (Azure AD, Office 365, AWS, Intune, Windows Virtual Desktop, etc.)
> Experience in security aspects utilizing Microsoft security best practices and modern security technologies
> Experience of working in a distributed team and leading technical aspects of projects
> Experience of dealing with clients within their respective businesses to understand requirements and scoping aspects of work

Our squad provides enterprise class solutions for the firm's Windows Server Platform of over 13.000 servers. The team has presence in several cities across the globe including Montreal and is responsible for all aspects of the design, implementation and support of these systems.
