What You Will Do:Increase service revenue by identifying and converting new opportunities for ProCare service contracts, spare parts, preventative maintenance and extended warranty packages.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, especially with biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Technical Service, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver the best customer solutions.
Manage the full sales process, from opportunity identification and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.
Promote service upgrades and preventive maintenance programs to improve system reliability and customer satisfaction.
Ensure proposal accuracy and participate in tender processes while maintaining compliance with Procare policies and pricing structures.
Improve service sales performance by tracking renewal timelines, monitoring warranty conversions, and closing opportunities on time.
Responsible for all service sales activities, primarily service contracts, in hospitals carrying the Stryker brand across Turkiye.
What You Need:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical or business field.
Experience in technical or service sales, ideally in medical devices or capital equipment.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
Strong business sense and ability to explain how technical features bring customer and financial value.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach with a positive attitude.
Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 70% across Turkiye.
Proficiency in English.
