The Wealth Management Marketing Team is looking for an Analyst or Associate to partner with the Chief Operating Officer on team administration.
This position is intended for a go-getter who can seamlessly switch from qualitative to quantitative projects. This is a high visibility opportunity for a motivated self-starter to gain exposure across the marketing organization, contribute to strategic and operational initiatives and develop a deep understanding of how a large-scale marketing function operates end to end. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to learn a marketing organization from the ground up with a focus on operations and business management.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the organization of and preparation for (including agendas, presentations, and logistics, as applicable) a variety of meetings (e.g., weekly leadership team meetings, and departmental all-hands meetings and offsites).
- Supporting COO in executive meeting management, including marketing leadership calls.
- Helping to manage monthly townhall meetings, including content, materials collection, speaker prep, and ensuring the event is produced flawlessly.
- Partnering with Corporate Real Estate on Wealth Management Marketing footprint, identifying efficiencies and providing a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Supporting COO with executive presentations, external speaking engagements, social media activity.
- Creating and executing on programs to help attract, retain, and engage marketing talent, including teambuilding activities and formal development programs.
- Partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk on ad hoc projects, including Employee Registration, Policies & Procedures.
- Assisting in developing onboarding and training programs for the team to ensure general understanding of group and Company processes by all personnel.
- Supporting resource and expense tracking and reporting.
Required Skills:
- Minimum education; Bachelors degree
- 2-3 years of experience
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Careful attention to detail
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Team player, hard-working, collaborative, resourceful

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $57,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
