We're seeking someone to join our Enterprise Technology team as a Performance & Data Analytics Engineer, in Workforce Technology & Services to join our team, with a strong focus on Windows Desktop and VMware virtualization. This is a hands-on, technically demanding role that requires deep expertise in scripting, performance engineering, data analytics and system analysis.

What you'll do in the role:
Leverage automation tools and frameworks to streamline performance testing and reporting processes.
Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources, perform data transformation, and develop consolidated reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Conduct deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities using SQL and Snowflake as backend technologies.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and Grafana tailored to business needs.
Ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually engaging, and deliver actionable insights.
Implement threshold-based alerting to proactively monitor key metrics.
What you'll bring to the role:
At least 4+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
Relevant experience in data analysis, systems performance, and automation.
Strong background in Computer Science, with expertise in Data Analysis, Automation, AI, System Performance and statistical analysis.
Proficiency in Excel Macros, Power BI, Grafana, Tableau, and PowerShell for data analysis and reporting.
Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, and database connectivity.
Familiarity with performance monitoring tools such as Microsoft Perfmon, Splunk, is added advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large datasets.
Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex performance challenges.
