What You Will Do
• Drive sales growth by executing territory sales plans and achieving defined revenue and market share targets.
• Develop strong customer relationships with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and create value through product expertise and tailored support.
• Deliver clinical and technical support in hospital environments, becoming a trusted product expert for surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.
• Plan and manage your business territory, analyzing performance and sharing insights with your Regional Manager to guide strategic decisions.
• Resolve product issues by applying technical knowledge and coordinating solutions that maintain service excellence.
• Support surgical procedures by being present in operating rooms to advise on product use, ensuring safe and effective application.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by overseeing product availability, usage, and rotation within the territory.
• Educate customers through product demonstrations, in-servicing, and ongoing training to improve product adoption and utilisation.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a health science, business, or related field (minimum).
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales, customer service, or a clinical environment.
• Valid driver’s licence.
Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical sales.
• Experience working in hospitals, theatres, or allied health environments.
• Training or certification in anatomy, physiology, or a clinical discipline.
