Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively support clients, manage time-sensitive duties, respond to escalations, and monitor activity to enhance client experience.
- Collaborate effectively with other Citi departments to resolve urgent issues and foster strong working relationships.
- Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive system and process enhancements to streamline product offerings.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure daily adherence to key procedures and controls.
- Provide management and client reporting, including risk identification and resolution, and support ad-hoc analytical projects and client reviews.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the team and Section Manager.
- Actively participate in departmental and section meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a securities transactions processing role
- Client services experience
- In-depth knowledge of settlement cycle concepts and procedures to resolve settlement issues
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to analyze current procedures and strive for process and qualitative improvements.
