Senior People & Culture Payroll Specialist

What you’ll do
- Coordinate payroll processes for Poland (including B2B), ensuring accuracy and local compliance.
- Manage HR administration from payroll perspective: onboarding, offboarding, absence tracking, documentation, and HRIS (Workday) updates.
- Supporting contractor’s administrative processes, like accesses, contract preparation, and workday HR system data
- Managing multiple and ad hoc requests on time with accuracy (we work with Service Now ticketing tool)
- Assist with HR Ops agenda for Poland
- Maintain employee data with precision and care.
- Support HR lifecycle processes and partner with Finance, auditors, and local authorities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Contributing to key HR initiatives and projects
