What you will do:
Join one of Stryker’s fastest growing businesses as an Sales Account Manager! The Sales Account Manager will focus on the development of customer relationships to create greater loyalty and accelerate growth. Additionally, you will work to achieve assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to Hospital, marketing, clinical, and related demonstration of all Hospital products and programs. These products/programs include: LIFEPAK monitor/defibrillators and automated external defibrillators (AEDs), LUCAS Chest Compression Systems, the LIFENET System, HeartSine AEDs, ProCare Services, and Flex Financial Services.
- Responsible for calling on Hospital staff and decision makers
- Prepares forecasts for yearly, quarterly and monthly business.
- Participates in sales workshops, sales meetings, and/or promotional activities as requested by Hospital and/or Marketing Leadership and Medical Division.
- Provides current customers with excellent post-sale follow up (communication and management of delivery dates, in-service training, and coordinates product repairs).
- Collaborates with closely with colleagues and sales leaders on strategy, provincial RFP responses
- Actively participates in national, regional, and local Hospital trade shows. For local trade shows may be solely responsible for transportation, set-up, and demonstration of products
- Effectively manages assigned territory via planning, coordination, and overnight travel.

What you need
Required:
- University Degree
- 3+ years outside sales experience or clinical experience
Preferred:
- Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology
- 3+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales or clinical setting as a paramedic or nurse
Additional Information:
- Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
- Must have a valid driver’s license
$96,000 CAD and may be eligible to earn variable commission + benefits.
